About the Role
You will join the Data team and work with Product, Engineering and Growth on the whole product led growth journey. You will:
- Own the analytical view of activation, engagement, conversion, monetization and retention
- Turn behavioral insights into product bets with Product and Engineering leaders
- Lead experiments from hypothesis to decision, including design, metrics, guardrails and analysis
- Build scalable systems such as semantic models, trusted metrics, monitoring and AI agents
- Use AI to investigate faster and automate recurring analysis
- Find and close gaps in measurement, event tracking and metric definitions
About You
- 8+ years in product analytics, growth analytics or data science, with measurable impact on growth outcomes
- Deep experimentation skills: study design, statistics and causal inference
- Experience building metrics layers, monitoring frameworks or semantic models
- An AI native approach to analysis
- A record of influencing senior leaders through clear analysis
- Comfort working with high autonomy in remote, async teams, with strong written communication
What Netlify Offers
Netlify's hiring range for this role is US$204,000 to US$275,000 for most US locations, plus participation in its equity plan and benefits. Pay outside the US or in premium markets is set by location. Netlify encourages people to apply even if they do not meet every requirement.
