About the Role
- Design data architecture that can handle hundreds of terabytes and keep growing
- Drive data quality, with monitoring and observability so numbers stay accurate and fresh
- Lead data modeling work that supports fast business growth
- Build and scale A/B testing and experimentation infrastructure
- Work with Data Science, Product and Engineering on blockchain data, product analytics and marketing integrations
- Join a lean two-person data team, where you will mentor others and set standards
About You
- 5+ years building and scaling data infrastructure in high-growth companies
- Deep experience with Snowflake and dbt
- Strong data modeling, schema design and architecture skills
- Expert SQL and proficiency in Python
- Experience with data quality frameworks and experimentation (A/B testing) systems
- A track record in startups, wearing several hats and driving work on your own
Nice to Have
- Experience with Rudderstack, Sigma Computing, Metaplane or Eppo
- Experience with blockchain or cryptocurrencies
- Experience with data cataloging and metadata management
