About the Role
You will report to the Director of GTM Engineering in Revenue Operations and serve Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience and Channel teams. You will:
- Rebuild sales and revenue operations processes to cut manual work
- Build AI agents that prepare call and deal briefs, draft customer follow-ups, rank target accounts and flag risky deals
- Build data tables and scheduled analysis jobs that combine Salesforce, Gong and other GTM systems
- Create reports, alerts and weekly briefs for sales leadership
- Check AI outputs for accuracy, privacy and data access, then measure adoption and improve the workflows
About You
- 4+ years in analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, data analysis or a related field
- Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered workflows that were used in real business work
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI or a similar BI tool
- Confidence with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor
- Strong SQL and working knowledge of statistics
Nice to Have
- Python for automations and API work, plus tools such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks or dbt
- Experience supporting channel or partner sales, or a quantitative degree
