Internal title: ASPIRE Associate – Sales & Commercial • Program starts in August
About the Program
ASPIRE is Baker Hughes' Emerging Talent development program, designed to accelerate the careers of recent graduates and entry-level professionals over two years. With a global footprint across 7 functional tracks, the Engineering & Technology track is built for highly motivated engineering talent with a passion for innovation, a drive for technical excellence, and a desire to grow leadership skills.
ASPIRE members complete four 6-month rotations (or two 6-month + one 1-year rotation) within the Engineering & Technology function. Rotations are determined by business segment needs, aligned with each member's career interests and performance, and include in-depth technical training plus hands-on experience with relevant technologies — including direct customer contact. Graduates emerge with the technical foundation to make ongoing, innovative contributions to Baker Hughes' future and the energy transition.
