About Canonical
Canonical hires people in more than 75 countries without a central headquarters, so it cannot rely on gut feeling to pick new colleagues. The company behind Ubuntu, the Linux platform used in public cloud, AI and IoT, runs a Talent Science team that treats hiring as a data problem. Canonical is founder-led, profitable, and most of its staff have worked from home since 2004.
