About the Team
The Real-Time Engineering team is looking to grow with talented engineers who aren't afraid of challenging work. The team has deep experience designing complex, large-scale systems that handle unusually high traffic, and prides itself on a culture of genuine support and collaboration — both at work and through team social occasions.
About the Role
This is a results-focused team with no patience for politics — what matters is the product and its delivery. You'll work on products used by millions of people daily, where mistakes or downtime carry real cost, alongside top-tier engineers committed to shipping a world-class product together.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on professional backend software development experience
- Data science background highly desirable
- Experience combating fraud and improving traffic quality highly desirable
- Proficient in at least one major programming language
- Proven track record as a software developer
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
- A drive to keep pushing the limits of your knowledge and experience
Nice to have: Java, AWS, Kubernetes, Kinesis, SQL, Spring
Note: Cint's main language is Java, but prior Java experience isn't required — if you're an experienced C++/C#/Go/Python (or similar) developer who's open to switching to Java, you're encouraged to apply. Interviews focus on problem-solving approach rather than API or language-specific trivia.
