ElevenLabs says this role is remote and can be done globally, so applicants from any country can apply. You can also work from its offices in London, New York or San Francisco if you prefer.
Most people do not want to become prompt experts. They want to describe a video or a voiceover and get something good back. ElevenLabs is building creative agents to do that, and it needs an engineer to help make them reliable.
About ElevenLabs

- Develop shared evaluations and live quality monitoring, including model-based assessment of image and video output
- Own features end to end, from user need to prototype to production, working with product, design and engineering
About You
- Strong backend skills, experience running production systems and sound basics in APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage and asynchronous processing
- Hands-on experience building agents and an understanding of how to run them reliably and securely
- Evidence of independent, end-to-end ownership, including front-end delivery when needed
- Good product judgment and clear communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with multimodal generation, creative editors or MCP
- Experience in a small, fast-moving team
