About the Role
You will own how Kraken Pro gets found and how curious visitors become active traders. You will:
- Run organic acquisition across SEO, content, social, community, referrals and partnerships
- Map the funnel from first visit to first trade and find where people drop off
- Work with Product and Design to improve landing pages, sign up and onboarding
- Make every channel build trust in the brand, not just traffic
- Lead and coach a small team while still shipping work yourself
- Run experiments, scale what works and drop what does not
- Build dashboards that show leaders what drives growth
- Work with Legal and Comms to keep messaging accurate and compliant across regions
About You
- 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading or gaming
- Experience as a player coach leading a small team
- Strong product sense and a sharp eye for friction in user flows
- High comfort with AI tools
- Skill with funnels, cohorts, attribution and experiments
- Broad marketing range across SEO, content, social, lifecycle and partnerships
- Familiarity with trading culture and the language traders use
