About the Role
You will join the Learning Enablement and Transformation team and work closely with the person who leads learning strategy. You will:
- Research practical, AI powered ways to meet learning goals and recommend what to build
- Prototype Claude supported learning resources and automations, then turn the best into working tools
- Build and launch new learning initiatives from first idea to real use
- Run and improve async onboarding so new joiners get a smooth, mostly automated start
- Organize and maintain learning knowledge so it is easy to find and stays current
- Automate enrolments, reminders, tracking and reporting across learning systems
- Look after tools such as Sana LMS, Notion and Claude, and create short modules and guides when needed
About You
- Strong experience organizing and managing knowledge
- Hands-on experience building with AI, and curiosity about what comes next
- Experience with workflow automation tools and comfort with the technical side
- A systems mindset and the ability to turn a rough goal into a clear plan
- A people first approach that keeps the learner in mind
- Proactive and independent, with great written English for async remote work
Nice to Have
- Experience in learning and development, HR or enablement
- Experience with a learning management system
