Full Program Details
Many entry-level cybersecurity job posts ask for something career changers often lack: a recognised certification such as CompTIA Security+. Training and exam fees put that out of reach for a lot of people. Per Scholas, a US nonprofit, removes that barrier with a full-time course that costs learners nothing.
Its Cybersecurity with AI Tools course runs for 15 weeks and prepares you for CompTIA Security+, Splunk Core Certified User and Google AI credentials at no cost to you. Several remote classes start in November 2026, and the application windows close in early and mid-November.
No-cost, 15-week, full-time cybersecurity training that prepares you to earn CompTIA Security+, Splunk Core Certified User and Google AI Professional credentials at no cost to you.

GizPulse Verdict
Who this is for: US-based adults with some IT experience, such as help desk staff, who want a funded route into cybersecurity and a Security+ certification.
Who should pause: complete beginners with no IT background (consider Per Scholas' IT support tracks first), anyone who cannot commit 35 hours a week for 15 weeks, and anyone outside the United States.
One tip to stand out: start the 20 hours of Tech Prep Work as soon as you apply. Finishing it early shows commitment and gives you time to prepare for the aptitude assessment and interview before the 2 or 16 November cutoff.
