What the People Transformation role involves

Not a project management title with a transformation label on it. The principal owns the People Transformation Roadmap across the full year, every milestone, every quarter, and full accountability.

Day to day:

  • Map current workflows across recruitment, people operations, business partnering, and development. Redesign them with process discipline and data accuracy as the primary goals, not just speed.
  • Run weekly cross-functional meetings with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and Ops Leads. Keep milestones moving when they stall.
  • Build the internal communications, training materials, and behavioural prompts that get managers and staff to actually work differently.
  • Put governance structures in place that prevent data silos from forming again once cleared.
  • Define what success looks like for the CPO. Measure it. Report on it regularly.

Who they want

  • 5 to 7 years in Management Consulting, People Operations, or Business Transformation.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree (BA, BSc, or HND).
  • Proven experience leading large-scale HR transformations across multiple regions - Nigeria and the UK are specifically named.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without having direct authority over them.
  • Experience inside a high-growth fintech or tech company during a period of rapid, messy scaling.

  • Six Sigma or Lean certification
