Uniek Solutions is hiring a remote AI content specialist for a paid competitive trial that starts at $25 a week and scales to $200 a week over 12 months. Four candidates run simultaneously. Only the best one or two get the full-time offer.
This is a volume production role. The long-term target is 50 to 100 video ads per week. If that number makes you hesitate, read the rest of this carefully before applying.

About Uniek Solutions
Uniek Solutions runs AI-driven campaigns for businesses trying to generate leads and book appointments. The company is small, early-stage, and building its production team now. There is no corporate layer between you and the person making decisions. Decide whether that sounds good or exhausting before you spend hours on the application tasks.
What This AI Content Job Involves Day to Day
The role is content production and operations, not social media management. You will touch several areas most days.
Video ad production. Short-form vertical ads using AI tools. You produce scripts, gather assets, edit footage, add captions, and test different hooks and CTAs. Three variations per concept are the baseline.
Bulk content workflows. Generating scripts in batches, organising assets by client and campaign, using bulk production tools, and reviewing outputs. The job is about building a repeatable system, not handcrafting individual pieces.
Website and landing page support. WordPress text edits, pricing updates, and page builds using AI-assisted tools. Basic competence is required, not developer-level skill.
AI tools research and organisation. Testing new tools, writing SOPs, maintaining Google Drive folder structures, and supporting campaign organisation and basic reporting.
Social media and content support. Preparing content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Organising content calendars. Building Uniek’s own brand presence alongside client work.
What They Want
Must have:
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Daily AI tool use: ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Video editing experience in CapCut or similar
- At least one year of social media management
- Reliable laptop, 25+ Mbps internet, webcam, and a quiet workspace
- Ability to work some US business hours
Worth mentioning if you have it:
- Workflow automation experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Familiarity with ElevenLabs, Runway, Kling, or Pika for AI video
- An existing bulk content production workflow that you can actually describe
The listing says mindset matters more than any specific tool. If you already have a system for turning one concept into 20 or 30 video variations, put that in your application. That is what separates a strong application from a generic one.
Growth and Career Path
The growth track is laid out clearly: Specialist → Lead → Operations Manager. Uniek is building the role to grow into leadership, not stay at the execution level. Early hires who perform get promoted. Performance bonuses are mentioned but not quantified.
Salary and Pay
| Period | Weekly Pay |
|---|---|
| Trial (2–3 weeks) | $25/week |
| After trial | $50/week |
| 3 months | $75–$100/week |
| 6 months | $100–$150/week |
| 12 months | $150–$200+/week |
At 40 hours per week, the trial rate is roughly $0.63 per hour. The post-trial rate is $1.25 per hour. At 12 months, the ceiling is around $5 per hour.
Access to paid AI tools is listed as a benefit after hiring. If you currently pay out of pocket for Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar services, factor that into the comparison.
If the trial pay is flat, weekly, or hourly, it is not stated in the listing.
Is This Open to Nigerians?
Yes. The role is fully remote with no location restriction stated.
Payment options include Wise, Payoneer, WorldRemit, Remitly, mobile money, bank transfer, and PayPal. Payoneer and Wise both work well for Nigerian recipients. Flutterwave and direct NGN bank transfer are not on the list. Confirm your preferred method before accepting an offer.
How to Apply
No CV. Uniek Solutions uses a skills challenge. Both tasks are required.
Task A: Video Ad and Bulk Thinking
Produce one 15-to-20-second vertical video ad using any AI tools. Strong hook, clear message, clean editing, captions. Then produce two more variations using different hooks.
Alongside the videos, write a one-page note covering how you would scale one concept to 20 or 30 variations, how you would organise the files, what you would automate versus do manually, and which tools you would use.
Task B: AI Tools and Workflow
Write a one-page document listing three to five AI tools you would use in this role. For each tool: what it does best, how you use it, how it combines with the others, and how you stay organised across multiple clients.
Steps to submit:
- Create a Google Drive folder for all challenge files.
- Set sharing to “Anyone with the link can view.”
- Complete the application form.
- Paste your Drive folder link in the Task Submission field.
- Optionally, record a 60-second video intro via Loom or Google Drive and include the link.
The form also covers the history of AI tools, mindset questions, and payment methods. Fill everything in. Incomplete applications are not reviewed.
Primary communication is via Telegram or WhatsApp. Include your Telegram username in the application.
The Trial Structure
Four candidates start the paid trial at the same time. Each week, the lowest performer is cut. After two to three weeks, the best one or two receive the full-time offer. Everyone is paid for every hour worked during the trial.
Evaluation covers output quality, production speed and volume, organisation, communication, learning speed, and initiative.
If being measured against peers under a weekly elimination structure sounds uncomfortable, that is worth knowing before you put hours into the tasks.

GizPulse Verdict
This role suits one person specifically: someone who already produces content in volume using AI tools, has a working system, and wants a job with a real growth path attached. Not someone who is still figuring out CapCut.
The trial pay is very low. For candidates in the US or the UK, the numbers do not work until at least the six-month mark, and even then, they are thin. For Nigerian applicants building a remote portfolio in AI production, the trajectory from $50 to $200 per week over 12 months is achievable if the company grows as described, but that is a meaningful “if” and you should weigh it honestly.
The application task is the actual interview. Do not rush Task A. Produce three videos that genuinely look different from each other: different hooks, different pacing, and different visual treatment. Anyone can vary a script. Fewer people will vary the creative approach.
In your one-page workflow note, show a real folder structure with real naming conventions. Most applicants will describe a process in sentences. A concrete system, even written in plain text, will be more memorable than another paragraph explaining that you “stay organised.”
